Return & Refund Policy (EU)

1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.airwheeleurope.com
It complies with applicable European Union and French consumer protection laws.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

  • Be returned within 14 days after you notify us

  • Be in a condition allowing inspection

  • Include all accessories and original packaging

You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

If the product shows excessive use or damage beyond inspection, we may apply a partial refund reduction reflecting the loss in value.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless:

    • the product is defective, or

    • the wrong item was delivered

Return address will be provided after return approval.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Original delivery charges (standard shipping) will be refunded

We may withhold the refund until:

  • the goods are received, or

  • proof of return shipment is provided

6. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered shipped and can no longer be cancelled, but you may still exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery.

7. Faulty or Defective Products (Legal Guarantee)

Under EU and French law, all products are covered by a 2-year legal conformity guarantee.

If a product is:

  • defective

  • non-conforming

  • incorrectly described

You are entitled to:

  1. Repair or replacement (free of charge)

  2. Refund if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate

Please contact us immediately and provide photos or videos for assessment.

8. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

9. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit or exclude your statutory rights under:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive

  • EU Sale of Goods Directive

  • French Consumer Code
